What we build

01 Double-Fluke Anchor Double-fluke steel anchors for cage mooring systems, from 300 kg to 5,000 kg. Every anchor is weighed and marked with its weight. 300–5000 KG
02 Steel Buoy Steel buoys from 300 to 10,000 litres. End caps are formed on a machine we built ourselves and joined to the shell by fully automatic welding. 300–10.000 L
03 Mooring Collector Collector rings where mooring lines meet. Made from Ø40 mm to Ø80 mm round bar and shipped with two coats of epoxy. Ø40–80 MM

WORKSHOP

From Değirmendere to the Arsin industrial zone

We started in Trabzon’s Değirmendere industrial district in 1975 and moved to the Arsin Organized Industrial Zone in 1998. Today we work on a 6,000 m² site, 2,000 m² of it under roof.

The flanging machine that forms our buoy end caps and the fully automatic welder that joins them to the shell were both built in-house.
