Steel buoys from 300 to 10,000 litres. End caps are formed on a machine we built ourselves and joined to the shell by fully automatic welding.

How it is built
- 01
End caps are formed on our own edge flanging and beading machine.
- 02
Caps are fitted to the shell and welded on a fully automatic welding machine, also built in-house.

Above certain volumes an internal bulkhead is fitted and welded leak-tight.
- 04
The top swivel rotates 360° about its axis; the bottom swivel has 180° of travel and rotates 360°.
- 05
Zinc anodes are fitted against corrosion.
- 06
Polyurea coating is available on request.
