How it is built
- 01
Fluke width is never reduced during cutting or fabrication, so the anchor holds the seabed as designed.

Joints are left open before welding so the weld penetrates both plates fully.
- 03
Two rings, 150 mm in diameter and 26 mm thick, are fitted behind the arms.
- 04
Anchors are cleaned and finished in epoxy paint before dispatch.
- 05
Each anchor is weighed on an electronic scale and its weight is written on it.
